On February 19, 2006, Her Excellency the Right Honourable Michaelle Jean, was the keynote speaker at the Second Chance Scholarship and Awards Presentation, in Toronto, Ontario. Our Ontario Regional Representative, Ettie Rutherford, along with other members of the CBWC Ontario attended the gala event.
